Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information INEVITABLE collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. INEVITABLE is offered by Simone Dayna ("we", "us"), based in British Columbia, Canada.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address, collected when you join or sign in.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your membership status and the payments you've made.
- What you share in the app: your intake conversation, Coherence check-ins, Decide sessions, Evidence entries, and conversations with Talk to Inevitable. This can include personal, emotional and spiritual reflections you choose to share.
- Content created for you: your Inevitable Blueprint, your Activation, and related profile details created from what you share.
- Usage information: basic information about how you use the app (for example, which features you open), so we can understand what's working.
How AI is used
INEVITABLE uses Anthropic's Claude AI models to run your intake conversation, write your Blueprint and Activation, and power Coherence, Decide, Evidence and Talk to Inevitable. What you share in these features is sent to Anthropic to create a response. Under Anthropic's Commercial Terms, Anthropic may not train its models on the content we send it.
Content created by AI is based on what you share and is not reviewed by a person before you see it, unless you separately work with Simone or her team directly.
How we use your information
- To provide your membership and personalize your experience.
- To take your monthly payment and manage your membership (through Stripe).
- To remember what you've shared across sessions, so the app can build on it rather than starting from zero each time.
- To send you emails about your account, such as sign-in links and your welcome email.
- To improve INEVITABLE. We may look at overall, de-identified usage patterns. We never sell your personal information.
Who we share information with
We use these service providers to run INEVITABLE:
- Supabase: our database and sign-in provider. Your account and app content are stored in Canada.
- Anthropic: AI processing, as described above.
- Stripe: payments and membership billing.
- Vercel: hosting for the app.
- Resend: delivery of sign-in and account emails.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): advertising measurement. On our public pages (home, sign-in, checkout) and when you join, Meta receives basic visit and purchase information, including your email address in encrypted (hashed) form. Nothing you share inside the app (your intake, Blueprint, Activation or conversations) is ever sent to Meta.
Some of these providers process information outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share what you write in the app with anyone outside the providers above, except where the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information for as long as you have an account. You can permanently delete your account at any time from your Account page. Deleting your account cancels any membership straight away and removes your profile, intake conversation, Blueprint, Activation, Coherence, Decide and Evidence records, and all other personal content. We keep records of past payments for accounting and tax purposes, but they are no longer linked to your account. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.
If you cancel your membership without deleting your account, your information stays in your account so it's there if you rejoin. You can delete it at any time.
Security
We use encryption in transit and limit access to your information to what our systems need to operate. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Age
INEVITABLE is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Your rights and choices
- You can see and update your account information, and delete your account, at any time.
- You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask a question about how we handle it, by emailing hello@simonedayna.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
- If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the privacy regulator where you live (in British Columbia, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner).
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. If a change is significant, we'll let members know by email before it takes effect.
